Spring Work Week

Camp Nathanael Honored By Local School Board

At a recent meeting of the Knott County Board of Education, mission director Roy Hodson and camp director Jeff McIntyre were presented with a Community Partner Award.  The award was presented by school superintendent Kim King.  The inscription on the plaque reads, "In sincere appreciation for your outstanding dedicated service to the childen of Knott County."  Camp Nathanael and Scripture Memory Mountain Mission ...continue

Senior Citizens Enjoy A Day At Camp Nathanael

New Campus Lighting

One of our spring projects has been to improve the lighting on the main campus for safety and security reasons, as well as the possibility of some after dark activities.   We did have a standard dusk to dawn light, as well as  some lights at the outdoor basketball court, but not enough to light the entire field. 2010 Activities Under Way

The first three events on the 2010 calendar are already in the books, with several more scheduled between now and the end of April. The year began on February 26th with 105 adults in attendance for a fellowship dinner and movie/popcorn night.  We showed the film, Flywheel, an entertaining story with a positive gospel message.  Weather conditions that whole week had been very questionable with light snow each day ...continue
