After forty years of faithful service at SMMM, Leah Bowers was called home by her Lord on Wednesday evening, November 11.  Her husband, Dick, and three children were at her side as she peacefully slipped away. Leah had valiantly battled cancer for nearly eight years, maintaining a wonderful spirit and positive testimony through the trials of the disease, right up to the end. For many years we have had the privilege of presenting character building assembly programs in over twenty local high and middle schools.  The programs vary quite a bit as we try to use a variety of means to capture students' attention.
